The Experience
1. Inquiry & Phone call
If you like what you see, click on the contact button and fill out the form with all the details of your big (or small) day. You will receive an answer from me within 48 hours. In my response, I will send you my full pricing guide with all the information you need to know about the Sarah Dja Wedding Experience.
2.Save your date!
I will send you an online contract to confirm all of the details! To save your date, all you need to do is sign the contract and provide the retainer. At that point, it will be official and we can get excited!
3.Engagement session
Having an engagement session is a must for me as it helps build the relationship between you and me. It will also help me learn more about how you interact with your partner. While shooting, you will get to know my personality and my style as well.
4. Wedding day timeline
As part of my services, I will closely work with you to make your schedule for wedding photography coverage. This schedule is key to ensure that the day unfolds smoothly.
5.Final Check-in
I will check-in with you in the last few days before your big event to make sure that everything is in order and confirm details like addresses, phone numbers and the schedule. This is also an opportunity for me to give you encouragement, love and a few last minute tips.
6.Wedding day!
I will be your photographer, assistant, coat carrier and best friend during the day. I have a lot of weddings under my belt and I am happy to be the guide that you and your family can refer to.
7.Sneak Peak!
I know how deceitful it is to wait 6 to 8 weeks to get your pictures so I make sure that I send a highlight of my favorite edited images within 24 to 48 hours.
8. Final Gallery
I will send you a private high resolution gallery with all the fully edited pictures within 6 to 8 weeks following your wedding day! You are free to download, share and admire your pictures as you wish. Gold and Diamond pages include a beautiful wooden box with a USB containing all of the photos that you get to keep as an heirloom forever.
